Project Description: The Town of Fairfield ("Town") on behalf of the Fairfield Police Department (“FPD”) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and permits required to complete the interior renovation of the 2nd floor and approximately 50% of the 1st floor of the building located at 100 Reef Road, Fairfield, Connecticut. Work includes demolition of existing spaces with renovation as the plans and specifications.
