Watson Creek Living Shoreline Construction located at John A. Roebling Memorial Park, Township of Hamilton, Mercer County, New Jersey

The County of Mercer requests bids for the Watson Creek living shoreline construction located at John A. Roebling Memorial Park, Township of Hamilton, Mercer County, New Jersey. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract This project is funded, in part, through the State of New Jersey's Green Acres Program, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:1D-2. The Contractor and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, executive orders, and grant requirements, including, but not limited to:

•          2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards ("Uniform Guidance");

•          All terms and conditions of the applicable NFWF Grant Agreement;

•          All applicable federal statutes, regulations, and agency guidance incorporated into the prime award

Pre-Bid Site Visit: August 19,2026 at 12:00 P.M.  Interested bidders can access the project area via the driveway at the Tulpehaking Nature Center located at 157 Westcott Ave., Hamilton, NJ 08610. Follow the driveway down the hill to meet here.
