B027-09 Air Duct Cleaning

The City of Meriden seeks a contractor to clean HVAC air distribution systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform professional air duct cleaning services at various City locations (Police Station and Fire Stations 1-6). The intent of this project is to remove accumulated dust, debris, and contaminants from the ductwork and associated components to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency. All services shall be completed in a manner that minimizes disruption to the police and fire station operations and maintains a safe, clean, and functional environment for city personnel.
