Kitchen Fire Suppression System Services, Various Locations (Bay Area), CA

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Kitchen Fire Suppression System Services at various locations throughout the Bay Area for the duration of Three (3) years and is estimated to begin on or around July 2026 through June 2029, in accordance with the technical specifications.

Contractor must possess a C16- Fire Protection Contractors License or a valid "A" License type 2 issued by the Office Of The State Fire Marshal.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jessica Jauregui, at bids@cmd.ca.gov no later than 11:00 A.M. PST, July 7, 2026. All questions, must be submitted with the Subject Line as Event #39659 - Kitchen Fire Suppression System Services, Various Locations (Bay Area), CA.  The bid opening will be held on July 14, 2026, at 11 A.M. PST.
