Description: St. Johns River State College is soliciting bids from prequalified contractors for the renovation of existing offices and the construction of an office addition within the College’s Gymnasium facility. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to complete interior renovations and associated construction. Scope of work may include demolition, framing, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing modifications, and integration of the new addition with existing building systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, and College standards.

Following is a list of questions received since the Pre-Bid Meeting was held:
Q1: Where the data/communication symbol is indicated on the drawings, how many Cat 6 data ports are required?
A1: Provide two (2) Cat 6 and data ports. Contractors shall route these lines to the existing IT rack. Field verify.
Q2: What should be provided at TV location?
A2: Provide power and CAT 6 for the TV. Provide blocking for the wall mounted TV bracket.
Q3: Will personal effects be removed from existing spaces?
A3: Yes, personal effects will be removed. However, the contractor is responsible for removing all furniture prior
to construction and reinstalling furniture once construction is complete.
