PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION - SALTERS POOL PARKING LOT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its Town Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Bid No. 25/26-62 PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION - SALTERS POOL PARKING LOT . Bids will be accepted via the Town's eProcurement Portal until 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids may be submitted prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.

Work under this contract includes the reconstruction of an existing bituminous concrete parking lot at 123 Lydall Street in Manchester. Work includes excavation, bituminous concrete pavement removal, formation of subgrade, hot mix asphalt paving, installation of extruded concrete curb, concrete sidewalks and ramps and a storm drainage system.

Construction of this project must start no earlier than AUGUST 27, 2026 and shall be completed within FIFTY (50) WORKING DAYS (contract days) after starting, or no later than NOVEMBER 30, 2026.
