Bridge View Event Center Re-roof Project
Ottumwa, IA
Project Description
This project will consist of removing and replacing the existing roof system on the Bridge View Center. New roof to be 60 mil EPDM (a type of rubber).
10% Bid Deposit
100% Performance and Payment Bond
Bid Deadline
August 27, 2025 at 2:00 pm (Central Time)

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Conference Room 8B on the second floor.
Project Completion: Phase 1 – 11/19/2025
Phase 2 – 07/30/2026
Engineer's Opinion of Cost: $660,000 Base Bid + ladders
$100,000 Additional Insulation Alternate
