Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Leidos Inc. 1750 President St. Reston, VA 20190-5661 for twelve (12) Relocatable Passenger Vehicle Scanning Systems for the U.S Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Non-Intrusive Inspections Systems. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11) entitled “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” Period of performance 9/28/2025 to 9/27/2026. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334517. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
