Separate sealed bids for Factory Addition Improvements will be received by the City of Kirksville, Missouri, at the office of the:

until 3:00 o'clock (PM) July 30, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of bidding documents including drawings, project manual, addenda, list of planholders of record, and bid tabulations may be obtained at www.kIingnerpIanroom.com through City Blue Technologies (Tel. 800-747-6500) as a Prime Bidder or Sub-Contractor to ensure timely receipt of bidding documents and notices relative to this bid and be listed as a plan holder. The Owner and Engineer are NOT responsible for any incompleteness of bidding documents made available from sources other than www.kIingnerpIanroom.com. Printing and shipping fees for hard copies are the responsibility of the Contractor. There is no charge for bidding documents provided in Adobe PDF format.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
