Dental Clinic Supplies & Small Equipment

Project Description: St. Louis Community College (“College”) invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish dental clinic consumables and small equipment to support its allied health and dental hygiene programs. The College anticipates awarding contracts to multiple vendors, based on product availability, pricing, and value.
The College is seeking vendors capable of supplying items including, but not limited to:
- Exam gloves (nitrile, latex, powder-free)
- Disposable HVE tips, saliva ejectors, air/water syringe tips
- Fluoride varnish, dental sealants, bite registration materials
- Impression trays and sterilization pouches
- Diagnostic hand instruments (e.g., mirrors, explorers)
- Small clinical equipment (e.g., curing lights, suction units)
- Infection control products used in educational clinics
Vendors should be able to fulfill orders on an as-needed basis and ensure timely delivery to designated campus locations.
