Biological Clean Up Services

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a term contract with a qualified firm(s) for the safe and efficient provisioning of biological clean up services. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies (including containers and manifest forms), transportation, technical expertise to clean, remove, decontaminate, and dispose of contaminated materials. Locations and/or materials to be decontaminated may include but are not limited to City of Tempe properties, public housing units, parks, private residences, apartments, streets, vehicles, furnishings and building components. All work will be performed in compliance with OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. Any related biological clean-up services work that is needed beyond City of Tempe properties shall be authorized at the discretion of the City.
