Work consists of installing solar electricity to the library, located at 10 Central Avenue, New Hartford CT 06057. This may necessitate the updating of current electrical systems. The building will not require a new roof for this project, as a new roof was installed in 2023. Note: Bidders are required to submit the DAS Prequalification Certification and Update (Bid) Statement with the bid, as noted hereafter. A performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid will be required. The Licia & Mason Beekley is an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer. This project is paid for in part by State funds provided by the Connecticut State Library. Contractors must comply with State Prevailing Fair Wage Provisions.
