Request for Information (RFI) - Training and Leadership Development Programs/Classes

Project Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is not a request for pricing or a purchase commitment.
This Request for Information (RFI) is requesting information regarding a potential Broward County solicitation for the Human Resources Division (HRD). The HRD is requesting information which will assist the Division in developing the scope of services, locating vendors, and receiving additional project details.
The HRD is seeking training vendors for the delivery, and occasionally the design, of competency-based training programs/classes for personal, professional and leadership development. The County currently utilizes training programs/classes from Korn/Ferry Leadership Architect© competency-based topics, such as Building Collaborative Relationships, Influencing People, Taking Initiative, Focusing on Performance, and Being Flexible and Adaptable. Prospective Vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to administer training and leadership development programs/classes that are similar or greater in nature to the Korn/Ferry Leadership Architect© competency-based topics.
This RFI will remain posted until the closing date and time. Vendors should submit response electronically through the electronic bidding system with the information requested.
