APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The 2025 Entertainment Program is scheduled to begin on 1 Aug 2025 and continue through 30 Sep 2025. Twelve (12) AF installations are scheduled to receive concerts. The Contractor will coordinate in advance with all artists scheduled to perform concerts and identify total requirements for providing production support for each concert. The Contractor shall then meet with the AFE Technical Director to ensure ability to support identified requirements and validate interfacing of AFE and Contractor equipment necessary to support each requirement. The Contractor shall provide all technical equipment, personnel and transportation listed in Part II. AFE will provide their equipment identified as well as any additional equipment required to meet artist’s production riders not listed to be supplied by the Contractor. The Contractor supplied technical personnel must possess the skill and professional expertise to be fully capable of transporting, setting up, operating and tearing down the complete Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging systems identified within this Statement of Work. They must be capable of passing standard base entry security requirements and adhere to all host base protocols. The 2025 Entertainment Program is scheduled to begin on 1 Aug 2025 and continue through 30 Sep 2025.
