Prequalification: Lab Medicine - Multi Lab Renovations

The project consists of renovating approximately 3,200 sf of the existing occupied laboratory medicine spaces involving microbiology, core, hematology, urinalysis, bone marrow, flow cytometry labs and the autoclave/glass washroom under multiple phases. Work consists of but is not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition, new partition walls, flooring, ceilings, painting, laboratory casework, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm. Applicants must be prequalified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
