Description


Competitive sealed bids for construction of Coffee County 911 Center/Emergency Operations Center, Coffee County Board of Commissioners, Douglas, Georgia will be received by the Owner at 224 West Ashley Street, Suite E, Douglas, Georgia on February 24, 2026 @ 2:00 PM at which time and place all bids received will be opened publicly.
Request for the Project plans, specifications and other documents should be mailed or hand delivered to the office of the Project¿s architect Suttles & Associates, 4328 Douglas Broxton Highway, Broxton, Georgia 31519 or P.O. Box 190, Douglas, Georgia 31534 (telephone 912/384/5533), along with a non---refundable deposit of $250.00 for each set, which will include a printed set and a CD containing PDF files. Such plans, specifications and other documents are open to inspection by the public at the office of the Architect and at the office of the Owner of such plans, specifications and other documents are incorporated herein by reference.
Prospective bidders must pre---qualify by submitting the following to the Architect by February 9, 2026 @ 5:00 P.M. . There will be no construction documents issued to bidders after this date. Contractors who have pre---qualified on previous projects for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners within the last 30 months shall be considered pre---qualified.
