NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Federal Funding Involved and BID subject to all Federal Provisions

Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“BOARD”) of Fresno Unified School District (“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed Bids for Bid No. 26-26 for the selection of an Internet Service Provider .

A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-proposal conference is scheduled Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Contractors interested in responding to this RFP must attend in order to have their proposal accepted as responsive. The virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be hosted via Microsoft Teams with options to join online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Sealed Bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 , on Procureware, the DISTRICT’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Bid proposals submitted later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), paper or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted.

Fixed-price contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder based on total Bid price.

The DISTRICT’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any Bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no Bidder may withdraw its Bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the Bid due date.
