Public Transit3rd Party Transportation Operator

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for various services in support of Douglas County's Connect Douglas, the County's fixed route service, ADA paratransit service, and future on-demand or microtransit. Such services shall be in compliance with all relevant requirements directed by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Douglas County itself, and any associated funding partners. The services to be provided by the selected vendor are generally described as the provision of operations of the transit program including drivers, and completion of all scheduling and management required to successfully perform the public transportation function. The County will provide all vehicles to be used in direct support of the Connect Douglas.
