Mobile Destruction Service

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued Solicitation FA469025Q0002, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Bomb Wing (BW) Mobile Destruction Service requirement. See Attachments 1-6 for more information.

This requirement is time sensitive and needs to be completed by 20 December 2024. If quoter is unable to meet this time frame,

proposal should include the soonest possible date quoter is able to perform and complete the requirement.

This will be unrestricted and solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 with a size standard of $16.5 million.

Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation FA469025Q0002 and Attachments 1-6.

All questions and comments on this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jason.wright.30@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil no later than 12 November 2024 by 4:00pm MST. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: “FA469025Q0002 – Solicitation – Mobile Destruction Service”. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Vendor quotes and all items required are listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, and are due to be submitted not later than the offer due date/time on the attached SF 1449 to jason.wright@us.af.mil and laurie.lykken.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote FA469025Q0002 – Solicitation – Mobile Destruction Service.”

Vendors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendor’s assigned CAGE; be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
