Description
THE BURKE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS FOR FURNISHING ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR ASPHALT RESURFACING AS DETAILED IN THE ATTACHED BID DOCUMENTS. BIDS ARE DUE BY APRIL 20, 2026 @ 12PM. SEALED PROPOSALS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED AND THE PROJECT NAME, ABOVE AS WELL AS THE BIDDER'S NAME SHALL BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. THE COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, DELETE ROAD SECTIONS AND/OR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS, RE-ADVERTISE AND TO WAIVE MINOR INFORMALITIES. SEALED BIDS SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE COUNTY COMMISSION OFFICE LOCATED IN THE BURKE COUNTY COURT HOUSE, 602 NORTH LIBERTY STREET, WAYNESBORO, GEORGIA 30830. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR FULL BID PACKAGE
