BID TIME: 11:00 A.M.

Sealed bids will be received by the Glynn County Airport Commission, 295 Aviation Parkway, Suite 205, Brunswick, Georgia 31525-6804, until 11:00 A.M. (local time), on the bid date, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in the possession of the Glynn County Airport Commission prior to bid call at 11:00 A.M. on the bid date. Bids shall be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the project name, location of airport, bidder's name, bidder's address, bidder's telephone number. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. Bids must be completed and signed in ink in space(s) provided on the enclosed blank bid form(s) or bid will be subject to rejection. Each Bidder must submit with his bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his bid price, subject to the conditions provided in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the bid opening.

The bid, with original signatures, and two (2) additional copies are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and the sealed envelope shall be marked as follows:

Glynn County Airport Commission: Do not open in mail room. Bid for Passenger Terminal Parking Lot ¿ Phase 2: Bid Schedules C, D, & E, Brunswick Golden Isles Airport, to be opened at 11:00 A.M., 14 April 2026.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Work is generally described to include the Phase 2 expansion of Passenger Terminal Parking Lot of Brunswick Golden Isles Airport and related improvements. The work is separated into three (3) bid schedules, identified as Bid Schedules C, D, and E.

Bid Schedules C and D include the provision of new asph
