BC Transit is seeking a comprehensive and complete solution to standardized twenty-eight (28) Custom Transit systems (also referred to as paratransit and handyDART) to improve and streamline the ridership experience, give BC Transit comprehensive real-time data across all systems monitor performance, and centralize dispatch administration of those services. The solution will increase operational efficiency, reduce privacy risk, as well as improve the overall experience of the ridership and their support systems.
