Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide MGA Call Center Services to the Middle Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Middle Georgia State University is seeking one supplier to provide Call Center services to support the Financial Aid and Bursar offices. The inital contract will align with MGA's fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, with up to four (4), one (1) year optional renewals.
