DTMB AS ELG on behalf of the MDHHS Economic Strategic Area (ESA) Eligibility divisions requires a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for a Customer Communications Managment tool that will be operated within Bridges as a correspondence engine. Project Name/Description: Annual costs are recognized on the MDHHS Software & License list with funding against the EE OAPD Crosses multiple Fiscal Years: Services are anticipated to begin July 1, 2025, with an approximate 12-month transition period from the incumbent Contractor. The negotiated contract resulting from this RFP will have a term of five (5) years, with three (3), one (1) year options possible. The RFP will result in an executed Contract to support the annual procurement of a CCM software tool. The contract will include software licenses, transition/implementation support services, and 5 years ongoing licenses and maintenance support.
