Description

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the

National Capital Region for the following category:

Up to Three (3) Level 3 in the TBIPS category of A.6 Programmer/Software Developer. The final number of contracts and

resources required will be determined based on project needs and may be subject to change.

Description of Work:

The objective is to obtain resources to provide application development (new development and approved enhancements),

maintenance (resolution of defects) and support services for Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council

(NSERC) and Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) (hereafter “the Agencies”) PowerBuilder

components and some JAVA components of the Agencies legacy granting systems.- Bidders can submit a bid for up to 3 resources. Up to 3 contracts may be awarded.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #34 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance (FSC)

Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret
