NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Wake County Procurement Services, Suite 2900, Wake

County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m.,

Tuesday, February 24, 2026 , and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing

labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the “American Tobacco Trail

Improvements”, located along the western side of Wake County.

Complete contract documents can be obtained from Alpha & Omega Group, 4601 Lake Boone

Trail, Suite 3C, Raleigh, NC 27607; contact: Forrest E. Robbins, 919‐981‐0310 ext. 109. Contract

Documents are available as portable document format (PDF) files by way of third-party download

by sending an email request to ferobbins@aogroup.com.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 10, 2026 .

We will meet at the southern parking area at 1309 New Hill-Olive Chapel Road, Apex, NC 27502.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its

construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements

of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 006000 of the

Project Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
