The Noman M. Cole Jr. Water Recycling Facility (NMCWRF), located at 9399 Richmond Highway, Lorton, Virginia, seeks bids from qualified contractors specializing in mediumâvoltage and lowâvoltage switchgear circuit breakers and protection relays. The contractor will perform preventive maintenance, testing, inspections, and repair services for 4,160V and 480V circuit breakers, switchgear assemblies, motor control centers (MCCs), Transformers, and associated protection relays.The scope of work includes providing all required technical labor, craftsmen, tools, testing equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete both preventive and corrective maintenance as specified.
