The Noman M. Cole Jr. Water Recycling Facility (NMCWRF), located at 9399 Richmond Highway, Lorton, Virginia, seeks bids from qualified contractors specializing in mediumâvoltage and lowâvoltage switchgear circuit breakers and protection relays.
