Project Description: The project shall, in general, consist of the provision of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, raceways, and conductors; feeders, branch circuits; pavement striping; concrete wheel stops; signage; and miscellaneous related and incidental work as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
Special Instructions
1. All bidders shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.
2. Quote to include all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project
in accordance with the attached documents.

4. Quote must be valid for 90 days.
5. Clarification/substitution request shall be submitted by February 23, 2026 at 2pm (HST).
6. To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor\'s A or C-13
license.

8. Bidders receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before the
purchase order is issued. Note: Do not purchase any materials until the approved purchase order
is provided.

(2) Certificate of Insurance
(3) Certificate of Compliance with HRS 396-18
