Description
The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all labor and materials for staking, material coordination, property owner contacts as may be required, schedule preparation, supervision, tools, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, and right-of-way restoration necessary for the installation of approximately six (6) miles of underground fiber optic cable and all other work as specified in these Contract Documents.

Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference for prospective Bidders will be held on July 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., CDT. The purpose of the teleconference will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility, while participating on the teleconference to ask any questions necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this teleconference. If you plan to participate in the pre-bid teleconference, call in information can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
