The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for Water Cooler (Hot & Cold Water) Rentals & 5-Gallon Bottled Drinking Water, Citywide . This will be a 4-Year Requirements Contract ("RC") with a 1-Year Renewal Option (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City) .
