Description

By means of this RFSO, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking offers from offerors for Completion of accessibility to already developed content that cannot be completed in-house. Includes creating accessible PDFs from desktop applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign. Coding and accessibility of PDF fillable forms and adding accessible elements to video and recorded webinars as part of post-production (no video production), accessibility elements like transcripts, closed captioning and audio descriptions.

Offerors can qualify for any of the three (3) streams.

Stream 1: Creation of accessible PDFs

Stream 2: Coding and Accessibility of PDF Fillable Forms

Stream 3: Video Accessibility

The Standing Offer will be valid from the Standing Offer award date to March 31, 2027, inclusive, and will include three (3) additional optional periods of twelve (12) months each.
