The work under this project consists of providing construction management services by a qualified Construction Manager (CM) for the FRP402 U66 Trisonic Wind Tunnel Renewal Project, located at Building U66, 655 Levy Private, Ottawa, Ontario

Optional site visit:

A site visit will be held on March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Building U-66, 655 Levy Private, Ottawa, Ontario K1G 0E9.

Interested bidders must pre-register before 4:00 on (ET) the day prior to the Site-visit by emailing the Contract Authority: Abeera.Akram@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca

All persons attending the site visit must bring valid identification (ID) and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety footwear, high-visibility vests, and hard hats. Individuals without the required PPE may be denied access to the site.

All deliverable must be received no later than 97 weeks from Award of Contract.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
