Description
This is a re-post of Event 99999-SPD0000242. The following revisions have been made:
¿ Attachment A RFP Instructions Section 5.2.1 has been revised.
¿ Attachment D Cost Workbook - Transportation charges fields now accept ¿0¿ entries
¿ Additional Information questions have been added to Attachment F .
The purpose of this procurement is to establish statewide contracts with qualified suppliers to provide Construction and Facility Equipment Rental Services for short-term periods, not exceeding six months. DOAS intends to award multiple contracts for rental equipment services in the following six (6) categories:
Category 1 - Air Compressor Equipment
Category 2 - HVAC
Category 3 - Heavy Equipment
Category 4 - Lighting Equipment
Category 5 - Material Handling and Moveable Equipment
Category 6 - Power Generation
For technical assistance with system registration, accessing the bid event or accessing the bid documents, contact the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk by phone at 404-657-6000 or by email at ProcurementHelp@doas.ga.gov, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State Holidays or any other day state offices are closed such as furlough days or closings in response to inclement weather.
