GHC Commercial Grade Banquet Chairs

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the supply and delivery of four hundred and twenty-five (425) Commercial Grade Stackable Banquet Chairs for the Multipurpose room (MPR) at Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster, SK. The required specifications are listed in details in the RFQ document.
*** Physical samples of one mid-range and one high-end Banquet Chair, along with fabric samples and swatch books MUST be provided and received at Gold Horse Casino for review no later than the bid submission deadline of July 10th, 2026, at 2 PM (CST) ***

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars ($CAD) and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA’s Gold Horse Casino including all shipping/freight, delivery, and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
3. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
4. Equivalent Substitutes are allowed, provided they meet the required specifications and quality set forth in this RFQ. Clearly outline in your bid submission if you are bidding on the item listed or bidding on an equivalent substitute. For equivalent substitutes, outline what products they are made of i.e. fabric, material, finish, etc. with prices for each option.
5. Bidders to include volume-pricing discount, as applicable. Additional volume pricing information can be provided as a bid attachment.
6. All Chairs and dollies/carts must be new, aesthetically match and meet all requirements set out in this RFQ; refurbished or used will not be acceptable.
7. Bidders should include in their submission Product swatches catalogs/images/information sheet showcasing the proposed chairs they will be offering for consideration.
8. Manufacturer’s Standard warranty to be included in bid submission.
9. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
10. All vendors shall provide one (1) sample of both the mid-end and high-end chair options, along with material/swatch books for inspection and quality review. Any costs associated with the delivery and return of these samples, including but not limited to: transportation to and from SIGA, shipping/freight, customs, duties, taxes shall be borne and paid solely by the ve
