One Exchange Place Building Envelope and Site Improvements
The City is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to provide building envelope and other site improvements at One Exchange Place per the project documents and intends to award a contract for requested services as detailed in this RFP. The City will select the lowest responsible and qualified bidder, which is defined as: the bidder whose bid is the lowest of those bidders possessing the skill, ability and integrity necessary to faithfully perform this work.
