Contract for the Replacement of Fire-Rated Double Doors; Spec #30-07/26

Project Description: The intent of this bid is to contract for the removal of existing doors and the purchase, delivery and installation of new fire-rated double interior doors at the Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility-1660 Easton Road, Warrington, PA. The work is to be completed over three years. The County expects to replace ten doors in year one, eight doors in year two and seven doors in year three. Bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
