MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE January 28, 2025 at 9:00 in the Facilities Conference Room Documents and Information can be found online through the Eastern Bid Portal at https://www.easternct.edu/fiscal-affairs/purchase/bid-information.html Project Description This Project consists of 1. Replacement of the existing High Temperature Hot Water Lines ("HTHW") lines from Manhole 4N to 6N. Pipe modifications within MH 4n and 6N. Removal and installation of concrete anchor blocks, trench excavation, trench preparation and backfilling operations. 2. Installation of electrical conduit and Quazite junction boxes for future use. 3. The project also consists of removal and replacement of site elements, such as, sidewalks, seat walls, lighting, and landscaping
