Disaster Restoration and Water Cleanup Addendum 2

NOTE: for suppliers who have already received an award for this solicitation, no further action is required.

Addendum #1: Intent to award posted to Servpro of West Greenville.

Clemson University desires to establish a fixed price (i.e. Not to Exceed) contract with multiple vendors to provide disaster restoration and water clean-up services to be used as events require. The nature of work shall include, but not be limited to water mitigation services, fire mitigation services, mold remediation, smoke removal, chemical contamination, wind/storm damage, man-made disasters or losses due to equipment failure or any other type of mitigation, loss or subsequent cleaning required to restore facilities to at least a pre-loss condition on the Clemson University campus or any other University facilities located throughout the state of South Carolina.
