| Notes | The El Paso Independent School District is seeking qualified contractors to provide Architectural/Engineering Design Services in preparation to construct a new state-of-the-art educational facility designated as the New Bliss School. This comprehensive project encompasses the traditional design-bid-build delivery method, which includes: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding or negotiations, construction phase, and post-construction phase of an approximately 102,720 square foot facility engineered to accommodate 702 students. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to deliver a modern educational environment that meets current educational standards and supports 21st-century learning methodologies. |
