ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING SERVICES
The Town of Wethersfield and Wethersfield Public Schools, (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”) seeks proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to conduct investment grade energy and water use audit(s) of town facilities and schools, and to potentially enter into Energy Savings Performance Contract(s). The successful ESCO will identify potential building and operational improvements to reduce energy and related costs in town facilities and schools through energy efficiency, electrification of fossil fuel-fired systems, solar photovoltaic arrays, and other clean energy opportunities that exist.
