The City of Savannah will receive proposals from qualified consultant services through the Procurement & Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday,
June 9, 2026. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.

A Microsoft Teams pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM to address any questions and or issues that may arise. You are invited to attend.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
