Hopewell School HVAC Replacement

The Town of Glastonbury is requesting proposals from licensed, DAS qualified HVAC contractors for replacement of HVAC at Hopewell School, located at 1068 Chestnut Hill Road, South Glastonbury, CT 06073 A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Glastonbury High School, 330 Hubbard St. Glastonbury, CT 06033 on Feb 17, 2025 at 7:00am. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder who is awarded the project will be required to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds and 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements and partially funded by a State DAS School Construction Grant. See Form of Contract for Construction.
