The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida (herein Circuit) desires to enter into one or more contractual agreements with qualified Vendors with the knowledge, experience, and capacity to provide substance use disorder and mental health services to participants in the Ninth Circuit Problem Solving Court Programs (NCPSCP).
The intent is to award a single contract or multiple contracts as necessary to serve the needs of the Circuit to responsible and responsive Vendors who meet the minimum requirements, which is determined by a pass/fail system and set forth in this procurement with a final pricing and implementation plan that is advantageous to the Circuit, with price and other factors considered. The Circuit reserves the right to award multiple contracts, if it is in the best interest of the Circuit.
