Lawn Service at Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission 350 S. Decatur St., Montgomery, AL 36104 to include the following: Cut and trim grass during the growing season, edge all walks and concrete areas. Blow off all decks and concrete areas twice a month throughout the year. Keep all leaves, trash, and other debris picked up twice a month throughout the year. Keep weeds out of shrub beds(all mulched areas). Prune shrubbery 4 times during the year, or as needed. Add mulch in the spring. Period October 1, 2026-September 30, 2027. New round created to add that vendor must carry liability insurance and be bonded and be prepared to provide proof of coverage. |
