TOWN OF DEEP RIVER, CT; PLATTWOOD PARK IMPROVEMENTs
The Project primarily consists of a prefabricated concrete restroom building, wastewater leaching systems, utility connections, granite curb, sidewalks, timber rails and gate, and associated site work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
