GROTON AMUBULANCE FACILITY EXTERIOR PAINT AND DOOR REPLACEMENTS

Project Description: 1. Minor carpentry repairs including but not limited to replacement of wood siding and trim, caulking of joints, re-sealing and repointing of masonry joints. 2. Exterior surface preparation, priming and 2 coats of painting. 3. Alternate 1: Replacement of two exterior doors, frames and glazing including all hardware. 4. Alternate 2: Replacement of a 3rd exterior door, frame and glazing including all hardware. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Groton Ambulance Facility, 217 Newtown Road, Groton, CT 06340 at 9:00 AM on July 8, 2025.
