Chiller Winter Maintenance FY 2027

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

The District requests proposals from experienced and qualified firms to perform annual winter maintenance cleaning and eddy current testing (“ECT”) services for the designated Energy Plants listed below:
A. Central Energy Plant (“CEP”)
B. Contemporary Hotel Energy Plant (“CHT”)
C. EPCOT Energy Plant ("EEP”)
D. Studios Energy North Plant (“SEN”)
E. Studios Energy South Plant (“SES”)
