An Invitation to bid (ITB) is posted on Bonfire for Beaver County School District to replace our Refer
equipment condensers/evaporators/ parts etc. on our Walk in Freezer and Walk in Refrigerator at
Milford Elementary School, 450 S. 700 W.
We will receive bids through the Bonfire Online System or hand delivered to the Beaver County
School District Office, in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number ITB-27-196 on the outside of
the envelope, by October 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.(MST). Bids will be publicly read aloud on October
20,2026 at 2:30 p.m. (MST).
Please DO NOT message the buyer via email or phone. All questions or concerns need to be asked
on the Q&A Board in Bonfire, so all bidders are seeing the questions and getting the same
information.
