The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This solicitation replaces the previously cancelled notice 1240BD26Q0003. Upon review of the market and initial offers, the Government has determined that HDPE modular structures are a technically acceptable and highly advantageous alternative to metal-frame construction. To ensure maximum practicable competition and provide all capable vendors—including those whose previous offers did not meet the original metal-only specification—an opportunity to bid on this revised requirement, the Government is re-soliciting this project.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
(ii) Description of Requirement: The USDA Forest Service, Colville National Forest, requires the removal and disposal of an existing swim dock and the furnishing and installation of a new replacement at Sullivan Lake Campground.
Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will use comparative evaluation procedures per FAR 12.602.
